Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Åland-Inseln, Albanien, Andorra, Belgien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Färöer, Finnland, Frankreich, Gibraltar, Griechenland, Grönland, Guernsey, Irland, Isle of Man, Italien, Jersey, Kroatien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Mazedonien, Monaco, Montenegro, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, San Marino, Schweden, Schweiz, Serbien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Ukraine, Ungarn, Vatikanstadt, Vereinigtes Königreich, Zypern.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
The shipping costs amount to 4,50 € for an order below 49,90 €. Our shipping provider is DHL/Deutsche Post. Each parcel is insured and you wil receive a tracking number togehter with the confirmation of shipping. Shipping is free of charge within Germany for orders of 49,90 € and above. In addition, there is a discount of 5% for goods if the order is 100 € and higher, and for orders of 200 € and higher the discount amounts to 10%.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
The shipping cost for delivery to EU countries and Switzerland amount to 15 €. Shipping to Non-EU countries cost 17 €.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
